Grade 4 - Coding Unplugged

Students will extend their knowledge on Algorithmic thinking by understanding the true meaning of an algorithm. They will be introduced to the concepts of debugging with the help of activity on 2D shapes. Also, they will learn logical sequencing using numbers and how to decode them. Further on they will be able to create new algorithms from existing algorithms using pattern recognition.

Grade 4 - Coding Animations

In this session, students will learn about adding ‘Sprites’ to their stories and will be able to give a ‘live’ effect to the characters in their story. The course makes use of the concepts of addition, subtraction, division and multiplication. In addition to creating a storyline, as learned in grade 3, in this course, students will also learn how to change backdrops according to the storyline and change other variables.
